Cursor Commerce London Hackathon — Build agentic commerce. A full-day hackathon for developers, founders, designers, and builders demoing when bots become active leads in commerce. Hosted at Fleek London HQ, build commerce products using Cursor, Grok Bots, Origin, and Supabase.

What You'll Build: build products that rethink how people and businesses discover, buy, sell, transact, operate. Some ideas: Shopping Bots, Autonomous Commerce, Smart Merchants and Marketplaces, Smart Payments & Checkout, Conversational Commerce — or the Weird Stuff — forget existing categories, build something that only becomes possible when AI bots + commerce infrastructure are designed together from day one. Work solo or in teams of up to 3.

Why This Hackathon? Bots have changed the interface. An AI bot can understand an objective, search across systems, use tools, interact with websites, make decisions and execute tasks. And that raises some very interesting questions: What does a storefront look like when the customer is an AI? How does a merchant sell to a bot rather than a person? Can a bot negotiate a purchase? Can bots discover and transact with other bots? How should humans authorize autonomous purchases? What happens to search when bots decide what products to show? What does customer loyalty mean when your bot chooses where you buy? How do we make autonomous commerce trustworthy and observable? What entirely new businesses become possible? This hackathon is about actioning those answers.

Why Participate? Ship something real with Origin, Grok Bots, and Cursor. Build on real commerce infrastructure Shopify, Supabase, and modern commerce APIs rather than building everything from scratch. Build alongside London's developers, founders, AI engineers, designers and investors. Show what bots can actually do. Win prizes, sponsor challenges, swag and recognition — and present your product live to an expert judging panel.

Tracks: projects can compete across Marketplaces, Shopping, Merchants, Infrastructure, and Bonus Sponsor Challenges. More tracks and sponsor prize buckets to be announced.

Demo Format: every team submits a working demo at code freeze. The Top 5 teams will present live. Each team gets 3 minutes to show what they built. Judges will award 1st Place, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place alongside sponsor prizes and special awards. Judging criteria: technical execution, product thinking, AI leverage & autonomy, commerce innovation, real-world usefulness, UX, and demo quality.
