This is a full-day hackathon that let you ship and build a new onboarding experience that helps users reach their activation moment faster and understand value immediately. You'll get the Lovable to help you ship and build the end-to-end onboarding journey. Also, you get the product context, design system, existing onboarding experience, and the right tools, including Mobbin and Build for Mars. Your job is to research and decide what should change, build it, and ship a working solution with Lovable

Who Can Join Designers, engineers, PMs, founders, growth people, data people and curious builders. You do not need to know how to code. Build solo or with a team of up to three. Coming alone? We'll help match people into teams on the day.

Sponsors & Challenge Supported by Lovable Lovable is the primary sponsor and core build platform for the hackathon. Participants will use Lovable to build and ship their working solutions during the day. With support from Mobbin Access to product and onboarding design references, plus three months of Mobbin Pro for every participant. Build for Mars Access to 1,000+ onboarding case studies and behavioural psychology principles. Challenge by Perlego Participants will work on a product onboarding challenge, with access to the design system, brand guidelines and relevant product context.

Judging A panel spanning growth, UX and engineering will evaluate the final builds against a clear set of criteria, including problem understanding, onboarding effectiveness, usability, originality and quality of execution. Photography & video Photos and video will be taken throughout the event and may be used to document and promote the event, including on social media, websites, future event materials and event write-ups. By registering and attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded.

Food & allergies Food and refreshments will be provided during the event. Food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including gluten, dairy and nuts, and separate allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed.
