about this event
The short-term rental world is being rewritten by AI – and the hosts and operators who learn to build with it, not just talk about it, are the ones who will pull ahead.
Join Host Planet and Boostly for a hands-on Buildathon where you'll go from idea to working AI tool in a single session. No code required. No fluff. Just you, a laptop, and the frameworks to build agents that actually move the needle in an STR business – think content repurposing, guest upsells, lead generation, and audience growth.
You'll leave with: A working AI tool of your own, built live; Practical prompts and playbooks you can reuse the same day; A clear-eyed view of where AI genuinely helps STR operators (and where it's hype); A room full of hosts, managers, and founders building alongside you.
Whether you run one listing or a hundred, come curious and leave with something real. It doesn't matter whether you're clueless about AI or already managing hundreds of agents. Limited space. Lunch included. And we'll all be heading for a drink after!
See you in Leeds!
