Running order: 2:00 PM — Welcome from ShallWeTech, then Zaro sets the stage. 2:10 PM — Live demo: one AI agent built start to finish in 15 minutes. The only demo of the day. 2:25 PM — Build time. You, your problem, and Zaro builders on the floor. Check-ins at 3:00 and 4:00 so nobody stays stuck. 4:45 PM — Judges walk the room and see every agent running at your laptop. 5:15 PM — Shortlist demos: five builders, two minutes each, in front of the room. 5:50 PM — Prize and close. 6:00 PM — Wrap. Refreshments and snacks throughout.
